Drag Alfred Wolf into your Applications folder and open it. On first launch you confirm once that you really want to start the app.

Getting to know you

He checks your hardware, recommends fitting local models, and asks you questions: who are you, what are you working on, where should he start. After that he knows your first project.

Around two minutes

After that

Alfred keeps running in the background. Every four hours he goes through: check state, sort what's new, flag anything notable, condense knowledge, decide, act, clean up. All you notice is the result.

The kill switch sits in the sidebar. One click and he stops — mid-action, no questions asked.

Thinking, memory, voice

Local models, your memory as a database and files, speech recognition, speech output, all project data. Standard for everything everyday.

ONLY WHEN NEEDED

Cloud as a fallback

If the local model isn't enough, Alfred asks a stronger one — and tells you beforehand if something sensitive would leave the device. In compliance mode not a single call goes out.
